That’s why we’re excited to share that the Social Skills program you love is getting even better!

We are excited to announce that TeachTown Social Skills has officially received a complete refresh and joined our Unified Navigation Experience! This update brings Social Skills into full visual and functional alignment with the rest of the TeachTown suite of solutions.

What’s New in TeachTown Social Skills?

This refresh brings TeachTown Social Skills fully in line with the rest of TeachTown’s applications, modernizing its look and feel while harmonizing its structure with our broader product suite.

  • Unified Navigation & enCORE Curriculum Structure: The Curriculum tab in Social Skills now adopts the intuitive enCORE layout. Easily toggle between Elementary and Middle School content, navigate by Unit and Skill, and quickly access overarching Screeners, supporting videos, Daily Implementation Guides, Tech Lessons, and printable resources – all in one place.

  • Streamlined Content Assignment: Managing your classroom is easier than ever with a dedicated Student Settings interface. Assign Interactive Activities, corresponding Videos, or Screeners using quick in-line checkboxes or single-click ‘Assign All’ options.

  • Transition to Observational Assessments: Social Skills assessments have been transitioned to Observational Assessments, aligning measurement and data collection across your intervention tools.
  • Enhanced Home Screen & Quick Actions: The updated Home Screen displays your student roster alongside real-time lesson progress. Expanding any student menu gives facilitators immediate access to Login as Student, Observational Assessments, Lesson Status, and Student Settings.
  • Simplified Student Experience: Students can now log in independently or directly through a facilitator launch. The refreshed student dashboard lets learners seamlessly access assigned tasks under My Activities or Screeners, automatically returning them to their home screen upon completing an activity.

  • Sunset of Legacy Features: To streamline instructional workflows and keep content focused, the legacy comic strip builder feature has been retired.
