Research Foundation for TeachTown Basics and TeachTown Social Skills
Parents and guardians have a vested interest in knowing that the educational programs proposed to impact the lives of children with autism and special needs are based, as far as possible, on evidence, so that the resources available to fund these programs are used in the most efficient and effective way possible.

We are proud that both TeachTown Basics and TeachTown Social Skills were identified by The National Autism Center’s National Standards Project and the National Professional Development Center (NPDC) on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as featuring evidence based interventions that are effective for children with ASD (National Autism Center, 2009; Wong et al., 2013).
