TeachTown’s Customer Enablement Specialists (CES) hosts all of the training for your curriculum and intervention facilitators. The CES team consists of veteran teachers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and former Special Education administrators, which means they understand the challenges special educators face, and they have the experience and expertise to back up their training with strategies that work in real classrooms.

Prefer in-person support? TeachTown is the only curriculum provider that brings master special educators and BCBAs into school buildings and classrooms to model best practices for teaching complex learners. These training and coaching sessions are individualized and hands-on, allowing our team to demonstrate and troubleshoot in real time.
Need something more flexible? Virtual training addresses the same information as on-site training but in a virtual format. Participants can access the training on any device in any location, and follow-up guides are provided to all participants after their training. Virtual coaching sessions are 1 on 1 meetings customized to address a facilitator’s specific questions and needs.

Our professional development team is always available for support, but we also want to empower teachers to help each other! TeachTown’s Coaching Cohort Model provides specialized training in enCORE implementation for a select group of teachers who attend multiple coaching sessions together throughout the year. The cohort model builds teachers’ capacity to effectively implement all parts of enCORE in their classrooms and equips them to mentor other teachers in their district.
And it works! One cohort of over 50 teachers experienced on average a 103% improvement in Instructional Methodologies and 101% improvement in Classroom Management.
