Parents and guardians of students with moderate to severe disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, have a vested interest in knowing that the educational programs proposed to impact the students are evidence-based.

We are proud that both TeachTown Basics and TeachTown Social Skills were identified by The National Autism Center’s National Standards Project and the National Professional Development Center (NPDC) on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as featuring evidence based interventions that are effective for children with ASD (National Autism Center, 2009; Wong et al., 2013).
