Based on your feedback, we are pleased to announce the release of several enhancements to our brand new Manage Students page. TeachTown administrators now have the ability to search across campuses within a District; add, remove, and/or override licenses for students in bulk; and more!

2. Choose the desired license(s), such as “enCORE K12 Whole Child Pkg,” and then click on the desired action you would like to take for the selected students:

We’ve added the ability to search for students across schools. A new ‘All’ option is available in the organization drop-down on the Manage Students page. This allows you to search across both the parent and child organizations (e.g., individual schools or campuses within the District).
Note: Bulk and organization-specific actions will be disabled when “All” is selected.
Select “ALL” from the dropdown menu under organization.
The ability to see all facilitators (including organization facilitators and additional facilitators) associated with each individual student. Additionally, student names are now presented as Last Name, First Name for ease of use.
Click on the “(+number)” next to additional facilitators to see a list of all facilitators associated with the selected student.
